Each ADULT, SENIOR, and STUDENT is allowed 1 carry on (9″x16″x22″) 25 lbs. /11 kg maximum and 1 suitcases. Each suitcase is not to exceed 66″/168 cm. in overall length, width, and height and must not weigh more than 50 lbs. (23 kilograms).
Each CHILD is allowed 1 carry on (9″x16″x22″) 25 lbs. /11 kg maximum and 1 suitcase. This suitcase is not to exceed 66″/168 cm. in overall length, width, and height and must not weigh more than 50 lbs. (23 kilos).
Each piece of luggage/baggage over the allowed limit will be assessed a fee of $20.00 (50 lbs. /23 kg or under).
Each piece of luggage/baggage will be charged $20.00 for weights between 51 lbs. /23 kg and 70 lbs. /32 kg.
All luggage/baggage weighing more than 70 lbs. /32 kg must be cleared with Hamilton Airbus prior to travel and will be assessed accordingly.

Hamilton Airbus reserves the right to refuse to carry excess baggage that is not prearranged.
The maximum liability to Hamilton Airbus is $150.00 for all luggage per adult and child passengers.
To file a claim for loss or damaged items, passengers must contact Customer Service at Hamilton Airbus by one of the following means:
Hamilton Airbus is not responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage in excess of the value allowances.
Passengers are responsible to ensure proper identification is attached to each piece of luggage including: Full name, complete home address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Passengers must identify their luggage to the driver during the loading and unloading process.
Hamilton Airbus recommends discussing Baggage Insurance options with your Travel Agent.
If a small dog or cat is carried in an enclosed carry on carrier and accompanies the passenger, the passenger may travel on our regular service for a $25.00 surcharge.
A service dog (for visually or hearing impaired passengers) may travel with their owner on our regular service for no additional charge. Any other passengers scheduled on that van will be phoned ahead of time to inquire about possible allergies.
All other pets travel private service.
