Cancellation Policy

Full refund: Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to departure in order to receive a full refund. This includes the home pick up and drop off portion of the booking.

Credit: Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of departure or reservations changed within 24 hours of the original date and then cancelled are subject to a $10.00 per person administration fee.

The balance of the non-refundable amount of the reservation will be issued in the form of a credit to be used towards future travel with Hamilton Airbus.

All new reservations using a travel credit must be booked within 1 year from the date of cancellation with all travel completed within 12 months of the date the credit was issued. Credit notes have no cash value.

Changes

All changes must be made prior to departure.

Passengers who do not show up for a departure are not entitled to a credit or refund.
