Booking Policy

HAMILTON AIRBUS (hereinafter called Hamilton Airbus) cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental resulting from:

A: the act of omission of any party other than Hamilton Airbus or its employees;

B: mechanical breakdowns, traffic tie-ups, government actions, labour disputes, weather, Canadian or U.S. Customs and other factors and causes beyond our control;

C: your failure to follow instructions including baggage handling, check-in and check-out times, but not limited to, our Airbus pickup points at the Toronto International Airport, and all served airports, and in the cities we offer service.

D: Cancellation or change for any reason in the travel services offered. Hamilton Airbus reserves the right to cancel or alter the travel services at its discretion. In the event of complete cancellation Hamilton Airbus shall only be liable to refund all monies paid.

Hamilton Airbus expressly reserves the right to reject any person at any time before and during the trip if Hamilton Airbus deems his or her conduct detrimental to the harmony or comfort of the trip. A refund covering the unused portion of the trip will be made without further obligation, responsibility or liability on the part of Hamilton Airbus.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain all documentation required by U.S. or Canadian Customs. Hamilton Airbus cannot and will not accept responsibility for passengers denied entry into the U.S. or Canada. Because incorrect documentation is beyond Hamilton Airbus control, no refunds will be allowed nor will Hamilton Airbus reimburse for any costs associated with documentation or customs difficulties.
